In-App Purchases and Refunds
If the App offers in-app purchases, all payments, billing, and refunds are processed by the Microsoft Store and are governed by Microsoft's terms of sale and refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

The App is designed as an offline-first application with privacy as a core principle. Your data remains under your control at all times.

- No Accounts or Tracking: The App does not require user accounts and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
3. How Information Is Handled on Your Device
The App only handles information that you voluntarily create while using it.
Your Notes
The App allows you to create, edit, and save Notes. All Notes are stored locally on your device. You may view, modify, or delete them at any time. We do not have access to this content.
App Settings
User preferences, such as theme selection or font size, are stored locally on your device to personalize your experience.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
To be clear, we do not collect or have access to:
- The content of your Notes
- Your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or usage analytics
- Any information that could be used to identify you
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Because the App does not collect personal information, it may be used by individuals of all ages. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.
