The App is distributed through the Microsoft Store and is subject to Microsoft's applicable policies and terms.

This information is handled by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The App may receive license or Store operation status needed to provide these features.
In-App Purchases and Refunds
If the App offers in-app purchases, payments, billing, and refunds are processed by the Microsoft Store and are governed by Microsoft's terms of sale and refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
2. Privacy-Focused Design
Your Notes and workspace data are stored on your device.
- No Developer Data Collection: We do not collect your Notes or workspace content.
- No Accounts or Tracking: The App does not require an account and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
3. How Information Is Handled on Your Device
The App handles the information needed to provide the features you choose to use.
Your Notes
The App allows you to create, edit, and save Notes and workspace documents. This content is stored on your device. You may view, modify, or delete it using the available App or Windows features.
App Settings
User preferences, such as appearance, editor settings, workspace behavior, and other App options, are stored on your device to provide your selected experience.
4. Developer Tools and HTTP Requests
Notepad Math includes Developer Tools that can help developers and technical users test and inspect HTTP endpoints.
An HTTP request is sent only when you choose to run one from these tools. The request is sent to the address you provide and may include the headers and content you enter.
Information sent to that address is handled according to the destination service's privacy practices and terms.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
We does not collect or have access to:
- The content of your Notes or workspace documents
- Location data
- Usage analytics
- Advertising identifiers
6. Children's Privacy
Notepad Math is a general-purpose productivity application and is not specifically directed to children. Parents or legal guardians should supervise the use of Developer Tools and external services by minors when appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Changes are effective after they are posted on this page.
