Use of YouTube API Services
a. Our app accesses and uses YouTube API Services to provide specific functionalities and services related to YouTube content.
b. By using our app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.youtube.com/t/privacy).
c. Our app accesses and uses Authorized Data from YouTube API Services. Users have the right to revoke our app's access to their YouTube data. You can do this via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
d. Users can control our app's access to their YouTube data through the settings provided by Google. If you revoke access, our app will no longer be able to access your YouTube data.
Log Data

Microsoft Store Purchases, Refunds, and Subscription Management
Our App may offer in-app purchases or additional features through the Microsoft Store. As the developer of the App, we do not process refunds for purchases made through the Microsoft Store.

Bright Data Network Participation and Opt-Out
In return for some of the premium features of 'uView Player', you may choose to be a peer on the Bright Data network. By doing so, you agree to have read and accepted the Terms of Service of the Bright Data SDK SLA.
If you wish to opt out of the Bright Data network, you can do so by following these steps:
Disable from the Application Settings Page:
0.1. Navigate to the 'Settings' page in the application.
0.2. Find the 'Web Indexing by Bright Data' option and click the corresponding button to disable it.
Uninstall from the Settings page:
0.1. Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
0.2. Select the 'Web Indexing Engine By Bright Data' to remove, and then select Uninstall.
Uninstall from the Control Panel:
0.1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.
0.2. Select Programs > Programs and Features.
0.3. Press and hold (or right-click) on the program 'Web Indexing Engine By Bright Data' and select Uninstall or Uninstall/Change. Then follow the directions on the screen.
By participating in the Bright Data network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Bright Data SDK SLA.
